We are proud to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation declaration between ARYES VINI and the Hungarian house Tokaj Art Wine Winery. An important milestone in this forward-looking relationship was the visit of Mathieu GREFFE, President of ARYES VINI, one of the leading technological suppliers in the Champagne region, to Tokaj, where he was hosted by the Tokaj Art Wine Winery team.
The DERŰ Sparkling Wine House, the latest development of Tokaj Art Wine Winery, has been established with state-of-the-art technological infrastructure for traditional sparkling wine production, with the aim of combining the historic wine culture of the Tokaj wine region with the highest level of sparkling wine expertise.
Both Tokaj and Champagne are world-renowned wine regions with centuries-old traditions. They are connected by shared values: a commitment to excellence, continuous professional renewal and the authentic expression of terroir. Along these shared values, our two houses have expressed their intention to establish a strategic professional partnership.
The cooperation will particularly cover the following areas:
✔ The technological development of traditional sparkling wine production in Tokaj,
✔ Sharing the experience and know-how of Champagne sparkling wine production,
✔ The application and development of modern equipment: automated riddling machines, riddling crates, storage containers and vision control systems.
This cooperation aims to further enhance the quality and international competitiveness of traditional Tokaj sparkling wines by leveraging Champagne expertise and technological solutions. Both houses will mutually feature each other on their communication platforms and intend to continue their collaboration in the long term through future joint projects.
