AUTOMATATED BOTTLE RIDDLING MACHINES

For 20 years, we have been making bottle riddling machines for the production of Champagne or Champagne Method wines (or Méthode Traditionnelle).
Single cage, double cages, triple cages, quadruple cages, sextuple cages or hexa-cages, our riddling machines are drawn, designed, produced and assembled in France.

Our automated riddling machines are compatible with all sparkling wine bottle formats: Champagne 75cl, magnum 150cl, Cava, Prosecco, Cremant (Alsace, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire, Jura, Savoie, Limoux, Die) and special formats on request. Each machine is designed to hold riddling cages of 504 bottles (single cage), 1,008 bottles (double cage), 1,512 bottles (triple cage) or 2,016 bottles (quadruple cage), with sextuple and hexa-cage configurations available for large cellars. Standard riddling programme duration is 10 to 21 days depending on the cuvee specification, with up to 4 movements per hour. Electrical power requirement is 0.37 to 0.75 kW per unit, on a three-phase 400V/50Hz supply.
The openness of our system allows any technician trained on Siemens / Proface material to intervene in our solutions throughout the world, in total technical autonomy. Moreover, the network connectivity of our system guarantees a rapid, remote diagnostic from France and therefore easy, supple and reactive fine-tuning and maintenance.

The quality of mechanical supplies equipping our riddling machines makes them mechanically robust and reliable, needing little maintenance. Recommended preventive maintenance is annual: pneumatic cylinder checks, shaft lubrication and electrical system inspection. Average service life of our riddling machines exceeds 20 years with standard upkeep. Each unit is delivered with a complete technical manual and a maintenance logbook.
Our technical teams manage the installations and after-sales service throughout France, our international partners also taking on this role in our services.
Spare parts for our machines are standard and so accessible throughout the world.
Thanks to its touch-screen, graphic and colour interface, you will have the choice of using different typical programmes, even modifying them directly and easily via the screen, going from 7” up to 12” in size, as a function of the installation to be managed.
