VISION CONTROL

For 20 years, we have been building optical vision control systems for Champagne production lines, traditional method (Methode Champenoise) and still wine lines. Our expertise covers the entire production process: from in-line control during disgorging to final verification before shipment.

Camera technology
Our systems use high-resolution industrial cameras (up to 5 megapixels) combining linear and area scan imaging technologies. Stroboscopic LED lighting ensures sharp image acquisition even at high throughput. The optical heads are fully sealed (IP65) and designed to withstand the humid and vibration-prone environments of production cellars.

Performance and processing speed
Our systems are compatible with throughputs ranging from 500 to 6,000 bottles per hour. The integrated image processing algorithm achieves detection rates above 99.5% with a false reject rate below 0.3%. These performances are maintained regardless of bottle type (standard 75 cl, magnum, flute, special bottle).

7 types of inspection available
Our system supports 7 independent inspection parameters, individually activatable according to your needs: liquid level, turbidity, neck chipping, capsule cage, crown cap, cork and labelling. Each module is configurable via an intuitive touchscreen interface, without requiring programming expertise.

Inline or standalone integration
The system integrates natively with your existing disgorging lines via a PLC interface compatible with Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley or Schneider. In standalone version, it can be installed at the entry or exit of the line without modifying the installation. Communication with production supervisors (SCADA, MES) is provided via OPC-UA or Profibus. Inspection statistics are available in real time on the local HMI or remotely via a secure web interface.

Traceability and compliance
Each inspection is time-stamped and linked to a batch identifier. Data is archived for a configurable period (default 12 months). This traceability system facilitates compliance with FSSC 22000 and IFS Food quality standards. An exportable PDF report is automatically generated at the end of each production run.

Installation and training
Our engineers handle on-site installation, wiring and commissioning. Operator training (4 hours) and maintenance training (1 day) are included. After-sales service in France is provided by our ARYES VINI / CMP technical teams, and internationally by our network of approved partners. Spare parts are available with a guaranteed 48-hour lead time in Europe.
