1. PURPOSE

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions of use of the website www.aryes-vini.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published by FILEUROPE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with its registered office in Rambervillers (88700), France, registered at the RCS of Epinal under number 522 713 734.

Access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you should not use the Site.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE AND SERVICES

The Site www.aryes-vini.com is a showcase website presenting the activities, products and services of the ARYES VINI brand, bringing together the expertise of FILEUROPE, CMP and FARAME.

The Site notably offers:
  • Presentation of winemaking solutions (riddling cages, automated riddling machines, storage containers, vision control, disgorging lines)
  • Information about services and technical support
  • A contact form allowing professionals to submit commercial enquiries
  • News related to ARYES VINI activities
The Site does not offer any online sales or user account creation.

3. ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible free of charge from any device with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, Internet connection, etc.) are borne exclusively by the user.

FILEUROPE implements reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site. However, FILEUROPE cannot guarantee permanent and uninterrupted access to the Site. Access may be temporarily suspended, without notice, due to maintenance, updates, or any other reason, particularly technical ones.

FILEUROPE shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from the unavailability of the Site.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Nancy Court of Appeal shall have sole jurisdiction.
